These terms are the agreement between you and loungin.live for using the site and app. Please read them along with our Community Standards and Privacy Policy, which are part of them.

1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using loungin.live, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use loungin.live. You must be able to make a binding agreement where you live to use it.
2. Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address current. We use it to confirm your account and to reach you about it.
Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account, so tell us through the contact form if you think someone else has used it.
One person per account. Don’t sell, transfer or share accounts.
Usernames are first come, first served. We may change a username that impersonates someone, breaks the Community Standards, or is needed to fix a mistake. If we change yours, your old name keeps working for signing in and old links.
3. Your content
You own what you post, send and stream on loungin.live: posts, replies, photos, messages, your profile and banner, and anything you say or show in live rooms and calls.
So that we can run the service, you give loungin.live a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and send your content, only as needed to operate and improve loungin.live and show your content to the people you share it with. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people kept (for example, a message you sent them) and short-term backups.
You’re responsible for your content. Only post things you have the right to share, and that follow the Community Standards.
4. Live video, calls and messages
We don’t record live rooms or calls. Video and audio go directly between the people taking part, or through our relay server when a network needs it, which passes it along without keeping it.
Others can, though. People in a room or call could record it with other tools. Don’t record anyone without their permission, and keep in mind that others might.
Hosts are responsible for their live rooms and can remove people from them.
Messages (direct and group) are private to the people in the conversation, but they aren’t end-to-end encrypted. They’re stored on our servers so they can be delivered and shown to you; see the Privacy Policy for who can access them.
5. Using loungin.live properly
Besides following the Community Standards, don’t:
Use bots, scripts or scrapers to use loungin.live or collect information from it, except as we allow.
Overload, disrupt or attack the service, probe it for security holes, or try to get into accounts or systems you shouldn’t.
Get around limits, blocks, suspensions or bans, including by making new accounts.
Copy, sell or reverse engineer loungin.live, or use it to build a competing service.
Misuse reporting, appeals or the contact form, for example by filing reports you know are false.
Use loungin.live for anything illegal.
If you find a security problem, please tell us through the contact form instead of using it.
6. Moderation
We, including our moderators, may remove content, warn you, suspend your account for a time, or close it, as described in the Community Standards. We may also act to protect people, loungin.live or others, or when the law requires it. You can appeal a decision you think was wrong.
We don’t review everything before it appears and aren’t responsible for what members post, but we act on what we’re told about and what we find.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on loungin.live infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact form (choose “Copyright complaint”) with:
the work you believe was copied;
where it is on loungin.live (a link to the post, profile or room);
your name and how to reach you;
a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and that your notice is accurate and you own the rights or are allowed to act for the owner.
We remove material when a valid notice shows it infringes, and close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.
8. Other people’s sites and content
Posts and messages can link to other sites, and some links show a preview or a player from services like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo or Spotify. Those sites aren’t run by us and have their own terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for them.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in Edit Profile. That removes your profile and content as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Standards, and we may change, pause or stop parts of loungin.live. The sections on your content’s license (for copies others kept), disclaimers and liability, and general terms continue to apply after an account is closed.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we’ll let members know on the site before it takes effect. Using loungin.live after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
loungin.live is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will always be available, secure or free of errors, or that content on it is accurate. Content posted by members is theirs, not ours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, loungin.live will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from other members’ content or conduct. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
You agree to defend and hold loungin.live harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breaking these terms.
Some places don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
12. General
These terms, with the Community Standards and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and loungin.live about the service.
If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
If we don’t enforce part of these terms right away, we haven’t given up the right to later.
You can’t transfer these terms or your account to someone else. We may transfer them if loungin.live changes hands.
